1997 Itasca Sunrise in Houston, PA

1997 Itasca Sunrise 30' Class A Motorhome. Model is 30RQ. Chevy 454 V8 engine and transmission, runs great, no issues. This coach looks very good inside and out, and runs just as good as it looks! Overall in very good condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. This was one of the most popular motorhomes every built by Winnebago Industries (still is). Sleeps 6, and is fully self contained. Sidewalls are clean and decals do have some fade/cracking from the sun. Obviously, with a used coach, you can expect some small nicks, and scratches (this coach has VERY few, if any). Roof is in good condition, no sign of any current or past leaks. Tires have good tread and aren't showing any signs of weathering, along with the spare tire. Glass is in good condition all around, no cracks in the windshield. Awning over passenger side, along with 3 window awnings. Onan 4000 generator runs great, with very low hours (252). Rear hitch and ladder.INTERIORInterior is also in very good condition, with some minor wear typical of a coach this age. In the cockpit, at the driver seat: tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C (blows warm), AM/FM/CD, 19" TV in Living Room, and TV Antenna. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, and booth dinette: coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 Burner Stove-Top, Oven, microwave Oven, Hot Water Tank. Nice countertops and beautiful wood cabinets. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub.
